Boys Varsity Baseball · Share Your 2018 Dixie Youth World Series Photos and Experiences

Pirate baseball has a lot of success stories and many of those stories started with kids playing Dixie Youth baseball. Kids learn skills at an early age playing baseball, but more importantly, they learn how to be part of a team, how to be respectful and form life long friendships.

We are excited about our local players who have the opportunity to play in the 2018 Dixie Youth World Series right here at home. Parents and players will meet folks from other states who they will never forget. Please share your photos and experiences with us. Please message us on the Lumberton Pirates Facebook page or share a tweet with us @lhsPirates if you have photos and/or experiences you would like to share.

Our featured photo is a fun photo of players from the Lumberton American All-Stars (Minors League) that we came across on Facebook. It was snapped by Martha Hepler. They will play next week in the Dixie Youth AAA World Series.

The following photos below were taken by Gia Hester (a baseball mom) during the opening ceremony. The photos under the tents were taken today when it rained. They shared their tent with Alabama during the rain.
