Pirates News · Pirate Band Director Stands Proudly with Pirate Graduates at A&T

There is nothing more rewarding for a teacher than to see current and former students experiencing and achieving great things. North Carolina A&T University recently held their inaugural band day. Being a part of such a huge performance was a great experience for the Lumberton Marching band. As one of the premier bands in the nation, The North Carolina A&T Blue and Gold Marching Machine is known for bringing crowds to their feet.

Shown below is Pirate band instructor Lorenza Floyd with several former Pirate students. Not only did he experience his current students participating in the first band day at A&T, but he was also able to see former students doing what they love at the college level. Thanks Mr. Floyd for all you do for the Pirates! Pirate Pride.
