The Pirates have two finalists at the individual state championships today in Greensboro. Yakemeian Johnson (132) and Tray Regan (HWT). Regan won yesterday in a tiebreaker and Johnson by pin. Pirate Varsity Boys and Girls Bowling Teams Claim Titles

Both Girls and boys varsity teams captured the conference titles last night in Fayetteville! They began their state tournament today at 1 in Lumberton at the Lumberton Bowling Center. Congratulations to them! Great job Coach Rachel Diehl! Go Pirates!

Wrestling Results of 1st Round of 4A NCHSAA State Championships

The Pirates had 6 wrestlers who qualified for the individual state championships. They traveled to Greensboro yesterday for the 1st round. Five Pirates won their 1st round match: Justin Kelly, Yakemiean Johnson, Ed Brock, Alex Hammonds and Tray Regan. All 6 will wrestle again. 2nd round starts today at 9:00 am. Good luck Pirates!
